About Excelerate
What Excelerate is
Excelerate is a global experiential learning platform founded in 2022. It serves students and early-career learners, and works with universities and employers who host and shape the experiences on the platform.
The platform offers five types of experiences: remote internships, competitions, workshops, masterclasses and power skill courses. Each one places learners on real projects with real teams and deadlines.
The model differs from traditional internship and course marketplaces in that every experience is remote and open to learners anywhere, and both applying and taking part are free. To date, Excelerate has reached 250,000+ learners across 190+ countries and $10M+ in scholarships have been awarded.
